After splitting the first two games of the series vs Texas, LSU baseball will look to claim the series on Sunday afternoon.

LSU won on Friday night behind a complete performance from starting pitcher Kade Anderson. The LSU arms didn't have the same luck on Saturday, with Texas winning 11-7. LSU starter Anthony Eyanson went just 4.1 innings, allowing four earned runs. The next five LSU relievers to enter a game all allowed at least one run, including Connor Benge and Jacob Meyers, who both allowed two earned runs.

Saturday's loss marked the end of a 17-game win streak for LSU. The run dated back to Feb. 22, when LSU last lost to Omaha.
