Mar. 30—The date: June 14, 2019. The place: Penn State's Nittany Lion Softball Park. The scene: Thousands of joyous Williams Valley and Pine Grove fans packed into the bleachers and walkways encircling the sunken bowl of a diamond chanting and cheering the Vikings and Cardinals to state championships.
