May 13—TAMAQUA — Payton Kleckner hit 5 feet, 6 inches once before during her high school career in the high jump. That was two years ago as a sophomore at Shippensburg University in the PIAA championship meet. That jump netted her a fourth-place finish. Wednesday afternoon, she cleared 5-6 again. The end result this time? Schuylkill League gold ... a new meet record ... a new Schuylkill League ...
