This was unquestionably one of the best book adaptations I have ever seen. I'm trying to remember but it's probably the best adaptation I have ever seen and the book was phenomenal.

Just my opinion.

A wonderfully sweet movie. Everything about it is A-1 and it is indeed a worthy Oscar contender on a number of levels. I highly recommend it. 5 out of 5 stars.

Really liked this movie. Think the ad campaign for it was awful. If it weren't for the reviews I read I would never have seen it.

Do the people who have seen it think that it would be an enjoyable movie for a 7 year old girl?

Probably, as most of the screen time is taken by the 2 juveniles. You'll probably have to explain a few things, but I think it will hold her attention... and most certainly yours.... ;<)

This isn't a "kid's movie," but I believe kids would enjoy it.

My kids liked it. My son said it was really close to the book. It was enjoyable film. A tad long but good.

Hands down one of the best 3D movies I have seen. They did such a good job of utilizing the 3D. More so than most of the other 3D movies I have seen.

It is easy to see why it was so heavily nominated. Easily one of the best two hours I have spent recently watching this.
