Brandon Lang's taking the Cards to cover... Doesn't mean a victory but he's not projecting a blow out

I've just put my head down and worked hard this week to avoid dwelling on it but now there's not much to do but wait.

I'm sure, very very sure that the prognosticators are wrong and that we'll give them everything they can handle.

I'm just not sure it'll be enough.

But I am sure we'll bring it big.

Tonight and tomorrow are going to be torturous!!! I love that we're playing at night, but the wait is KILLING me!!!!!!

You're telling me. I have a "dinner party" to go to, but I should be back not more than an hour or so after kickoff. I'll just have to fast forward through the commercials to catch up.

Lets go Cardinals beat the panthers, I have somewhat of a good feeling about tommorow still nervous about the panthers running game though but if we shut that down we should win. COME ON CARDINALS AND EAGLES BUT IF ONE TEAM LOSSES LET IT BE THE EAGLES LOL

My cousin in law is skipping out on his own kids birthday party to watch the game..... Lol ... Man the things this team does to you!!!

They should know better to schedule birthday parties during the NFL PLayoffs. At best they should make it a Cardinals themed party. After the win I am booking my flight to Tampa.

The anticipation for this game and the excitement the Cards are generating for its fan base reminds me a great deal of when I lived in Indianapolis in the mid-90's and the run the Indiana Pacers made in the playoffs. The Pacers were in alot of ways the ugly step child of the Indiana sports scene (stepchildren to high school and college basketball in Indiana) much like the Cards have been in the Phoenix area. Something changed in Indy when the Pacers beat the Atlanta Hawks in the 2nd round of the playoffs in 1994. The city became energized and there was genuine love for a franchise that as with the Cardinals had struggled to find their identity.

Anything can happen. Reggie Miller went from being a very good NBA player to playoff legend in one series against the New York Knicks. He seized the opportunity, realized that this may be his only shot at greatness, and it was magical to watch. We have great players who have been under the national radar for a long time and this is their chance to shine. I am not predicting a win or a loss, but I really expect the Big Red to step up bigtime tonight.

I feel a calm anticipation before this game. I feel like it is time to right a wrong. I feel like it is us against the world. I like it no other way. This season ends in Tampa Bay. I feel it with all my heart, mind, and soul. Tonights game is not a want, it is a must.

Dockett's favorite "get psyched" song.

This game is going to be fun...

I am expecting the Cardinals to win tonight, the Panthers don't scare me. The Cards held their own against them the past few seasons and should have won 2 out of the last three. No more Carolina goes 8-1 at home after tonight. Even if they don't win sans four games I am extremely proud of this team and of what Coach Wiz has done for this team, but I still think there are a few more chapters to write in the 2008 Season Story of the Arizona Cardinals.
