Wow, I cannot believe the flurry of name changes here. I'm going to have to ask for a raise (from $0 to $0.01)

But you have to come up with something better than that. I have zero problems changing an alias to a real name or a funny name.

I've been wanting to change since day one. I wasn't aware at the time of Reddog, I chose Red Dog Lou because I was drinking Red Dog and I have a dog Named Lou. I would like to change it but not if I lose my join date. .... let me know how I can do it or how to do it.

No, you don't lose your join date or password or past posts.

As far as the system is concerned, you are user 2629, the name is just an attribute.

And if you want your name changed, pretty much you have to ask an admin - e.g. me or Nidan or Mike O, but I am the one that usually does name changes.
