Makes for a long, boring drive for me. 6:40-7:10 games coincide almost exactly with my daily 2.5 hour drive back home. Today, it's wet and miserable...and no Ball

I can take solace that a good percentage of off days are Fridays here

Tasmanian, born and bred!

Played Softball as a junior (no organized Baseball in my end of the state...) and because Tasmania is just ahead of the Amish in technical advances, we didn't get 'cable' here until 1998. So that's when I started watching MLB, and as you may be aware, that's when the D'Backs started
Seemed to make sense. I got to watch a lot in the first 4-5 years, but fell away until last year due to work. Now I'm self-employed and spend most my day on the road, which makes listening to each game a piece of cake!

I have been to Arizona, but only to the Grand Canyon via Kingman from Vegas! I plan on being more thorough and less touristy next time

PS. It totally freaked me out on the bus to GC that we were surrounded by orange desert and then out of nowhere were surrounded by foot thick snow! That's crazy! I didn't have waterproof shoes...it was a long day!

SF is off to ATL and AZ is off to SD. I hope that means we pick up at least another game on them. We have a couple more off days coming up and the Giants are playing inferior competition while we rest. Would love to have a bit more buffer.

After the off-day this coming Monday (6/24th), the Dbacks play 20 games in 20 consecutive days (10 away and then 10 home) to finish off the first half of the season. Wow... Their depth and stamina will be tested big-time!
