I hate the Yellow Beak Color on the Helmets

That is the ugliest Cardinal Logo I have ever seen.

Yellow is the color on a Cardinal. Its like the bengals trying to say I don't like the color of the stripes on a tiger, lets make them green and purple.

OK maybe you would prefer a red and yellow uniform then. I like the logo without the yellow. The yellow looks cheesy as hell.

Something that bothers me...

It seems that the new Cardinal logo on the helmet is smaller than the old. I wouldn't expect that it is but to me it looks that way. I would really like to see it increased in size.

Along with that the chin straps invariably cover the front of the logo; beak/face area. Minor complaints I know...

But it is really buggin' me!

Even though the red beak is more accurate. I like the yellow beak better.

Red beak would look something like this.

That is a totally different red. It should be much closer, if not the same, as the rest of the crown...to be like the picture...I like the yellow-gold better.

Im still waiting for the no beak picture. I really have to weigh all of my options here. Also I want to try the 420 bird with a donut in the beak with bloodshot eyes. Lets make it happen folks.

We've been through this a few times already on this board, but a cardinal's beak can be either Yellow OR Red. I think it has something to do with the time of year, or maturity level or something like that, but Yellow works.

The Cardinals did change the color of the beak for 2005 (think Packers/Vikings/Chiefs/Chargers/Steelers/Redskins Gold now), and I think it looks better. The old Yellow was too light and bright; I think the new color works.

I too was hoping for some of the new Gold/Yellow in the uniforms, but it actually doesn't work with the new uniforms.
