The Suns are going to go after Ales Chan, the center from Seton Hill. They were one of the first to have this guy in for a workout and his performance in the Chicago Camp plus his performances in his individuals workouts have vaulted him into 2nd round from 2 months ago going undrafted.

Plus the Wizards have pick #32 and they were going to go after Chan with #32 (of course the trade they just made with Dallas may alter their plans). You make thing I'm crazy about all this but I have a strong feeling about it.

I was thinking that they are hoping Jameer Nelson slides that far down.

There is no way in hell ....

that Jameer falls into the 2nd round. In Draft City's mock they have Chen drafted # 38 by Atlanta.

Maybe they are hoping for another Lampe? Or that one of the highschool kids falls like Rashard Lewis?

It is too bad we only have the 2nd best 2nd round pick now.

If the suns want to bring in the fans they could draft Ha-Seung Jin on the 31st pick.

I think it should be the 32nd pick.?

Draft city has him going 31st, the first pick in the 2nd round, and nbadraft.net has him going 36th.

The Korean people would go crazy just like the fans did for Yau Ming.

I think it will be Romain Sato.

Maybe Trevor Ariza or one of the highschool kids like Dorrell Wright should they fall...

Who've the Suns worked out in that area? Ales Chan and Ricky Minard?

#31 is a great spot to grab a player who's going to stay in Europe. Maybe they'll take a flyer on Christian Drejer.

I've got this gut feeling the Suns may try to get another pick late in the first round or the second round in addition to #31. Just how, I'm not sure. Perhaps in a trade or a cash transaction. I believe the Suns definitely have some sleepers out there.

Jameer Could fall that far. He si a four year college player, and is not as great of a passer as he could be. There are a lot of PG prospects in this draft that are going to be taken before him.

Here are the guards in the draft better tahn him
Gordon
Iguadala
Harris
Livingston
Jackson
Synder
Monya
SMith
Maybe Telfair
Maybe White

IF we take Delonte west i will be pissed. I personally think we should Sign RAFER ALSTON, he is the man! What do you think about ALSTON?

I asked one of the draftcity guys if Telfair, JR Smith or Dorrell Wright could fall.
He said anything is possible but highly unlikely.

Guessing who will be available at #31 is hopeless. I'm guessing that at least half the guys expected to go in the '20's will drop and even someone projected in the teens. In any case, if the Suns are simply looking for a backup player, #31 will be a lot less expensive and a far lower risk than at #7.

Who knows, maybe they think Josh Smith will fall that far.

BTW, I hated Smith at #7 but love him at #31. :D
