The Cardinals made the playoffs, but no one except their fans and themselves picked them to reach the Super Bowl.

The Suns will most likely make the playoffs and not to a favorite...

I wouldn't count on it. The cardinals also won their division. The cardinals were the best team in their division by far. they clinched before any other team in the league, iirc. they also got home field in 2 games, something the suns almost surely will not have. The suns fans aren't even picking them to make it to the finals.

Besides, the cardinals defense came together during the playoffs. the suns have never seen that happen.

i do worry that 2 of their starters are injured. having the best record is nice, i suppose. Worked out for Boston last year.

Plus even if one of your two favorite teams doesn't do well you could always add a third or even a fourth.

nah, it's hard enough to stick with 2 teams and 2 message boards. three would be too damn many for me. besides, i don't see phoenix or cleveland doing badly anytime in the foreseeable future.
