yeah, that article could EASILY have been written in 5 minutes. all you'd have to do is run on over to realgm and read their trade board. its full of the same garbage as that article.

If lots of fans stop watching, the ratings will drop, and memorabilia(30% of profits, just as much $$ as tix sales) will tank. I havent been to a game this year, but have watched all of them.
I dont do boycotts, I am a basketball fan first and a suns fan second. I will just watch good basketball when I can find it, and other kinds of entertainment when I cant. Right now the product is mediocre or worse on every level, and management is making things worse, not better. If they get raped in a trade of amare, I wont watch this year anymore, its too painful to see morons with no talent eval skills, GM management skills, and little coaching experience destroy the franchise with the help of a real estate developer.

.... they don't play the amare situation wisely. Meaning if they trade him it needs to be for a decent package of expirings and young talent.

This is what everyone said when we traded steph to the knicks and got "ripped off"

Next summer we went out and had one of the best FA signings ever.

Comparing steph to amare is not only overboard, its hilarious. Amare has proven himself to a much higher level and steph killed the offense on all the teams he played for by pounding the air out of the ball from the playmaking position. Amare cannot hurt the offense like that on ANY scenario.

Wont boycott, but I'm expecting the worst for a couple of seasons. Just wish we had a Colangelo in the mix still.

I am all for trading amare for a good package. but all of those trade scenarios are garbage! Sarver and Kerr are really messing up this team little by little. If an ugly deal goes down, I will not be attending any games (when I visit AZ, which is pretty often btw), buying suns gear, watching their soon to be pathetic games etc etc...
