Arians has a much better eye for QB's than anyone on this board. Let's not kid ourselves. Bidwill wants better QB play almost as much as he wants to win. If Arians doesn't see that QB on our roster or in FA, then don't be surprised if we do reach @ #7. If this franchise wants to compete in the NFCW, they had better fix the QB position quickly. That's why Arians is here!!!

I think Geno Smith could also fit this offense. He may not have as big of an arm as the guys you mentioned, but he certainly has enough to push the ball down the field even at the NFL level and he has a very accurate deep ball.

Whis would never take a QB in the first couple of rounds.

He'd get a big doof with a big inaccurate arm in the 6th or 7th. Oh, he might also trade up for one in the 5th. Maybe even buck the trend and grab a midget QB with elf ears as an UDFA because moxie and eagle scout solidarity compelled him.

Oh, yeah...not even close to a clone.
