Yes, Seattle would have the tie breaker and we would not win the division in a tie.

Whether the Cards win or lose tonight, the home game against Seattle will be for all intents and purposes for the NFC West title. We probably will have to win another one of the remaining two games to hold onto it as well because I don't see Seattle losing at home to either the Rams or the Niners.

The only way we win the division if we lose to Seattle is if they lose to the Rams and the Niners while we beat the Rams and Niners.

Very unlikely. Whereas, if we beat the Hawks, we should need to win one of the other two to ensure the division.

Looking like we need to win out to take the #1 seed, but the division should get us the #2 seed. Otherwise, we're looking at a probably #5 with 1 more win.
