I'm Back-----

Hey guys, now that training camp is underway, I want to take this opportunity to say 'Hello' to all my
friends here at AFSN. I have been away for a little over a year now due to illness and family matters.

Now that things are better again, and a new season is almost upon us, I look forward to joining with the
Red Sea from the Desert, and revisiting some old friends like Dems, Mitch, and Mark as we head into another NFC West Pennant Chase. I have missed you all, and look forward to meeting new members since my last appearance here. I will not be attending games, as it is much easier on me to watch here at home.

I want you to know that I have lost an average of nearly two pounds per month for the past three years now, and am feeling better than I have in a long time. The good news is that the weight is coming
off just like it went on for all those years, and all I have to do now is keep on keeping-on. I fully intend to
do just that. It's good to be back here with you rabid Cardinals fans again. Go Cards !!!

depth at CB
