I agree - missablocka might not have started well here, but he was starting to show something. I would have much rather kept him as the backup at least instead of bringing McKinley back.

What kind of contract did McKinley sign? Could he just be back as a body? Is it correct to assume that makovicka would be too expensive to have on the roster with Hodgins too? Would that be too much to spend on fullbacks?

Not only more expensive, but your backup fullback better be a special teamer, and McKinley is great at it.
