Are you gonna move to Canada too?

Seriously what a bunch of cry babies. I didn't get my way so I'm leaving and I need to make a public statement about it.

Those who are leaving, don't come back. We don't need flaky fans like you. Not my favorite pick, I wanted a Defensive player. But Im with my team.
No I'm gonna stay Right here With A Great Big I told You so When It Totally Blows the Whole Damn Thing Apart

Got a fresh cup of coffee. I'm just going to sit back and watch and see what transpires next. This confusion has been the Cardinals way since I started watching in the Jake Plummer days.

Enjoy your time off Solar7

Yeah, because the last Heisman-winning QB from Oklahoma drafted number one overall that we had on our roster (just last season) did so well...

Not entirely laughable.

Murray needs to prove his worthiness of the top pick.
Any player can be a bust

What kind of argument is that?

Would you have said the same had they drafted Williams after Nkemdiche?

The laughable part of this post is throwing a tantrum and acting like he is quittingbeing a fan because the Cards drafted the most exciting QB prospect in a long time.

Some people on here are so blinded by their hatred towards Murray that they act like the Cards drafted a third string Juco QB at #1. it is really embarrassing and cringy.

It makes me suspect that there is more going on than just football which causes this which is really sad.

Had a draft party, got raked over the coals for the pick... left and saw Avengers. That was amazing, by the way. You guys all knew how I felt about Kyler. I'll come back with my tail between my legs eventually, I'll be lurking, but I can just say I hope he proves me wrong. Worst pick in Cards history. Love you guys, thanks for the debates all offseason.

He's our guy now man. Let's ride with it and if this fails, fire everyone. We might as well just get on board, it is what it is.

Solar7, the most important thing about the Cardinals starting 22 on 09/08/19 is that they will be have the proud redbird logo on the sides of their helmets.

All 22 will be trying make plays to earn a Cardinal team victory that you can celebrate, and be proud of.

All 22 want to win an NFL championship that you will tell your grand kids about someday.

All 22 deserve your support.

As does literally every single draft pick in the history of time. Lol. Sheesh.

It's called bias. I have been specifically trained to recognize biases in my own thinking from my career training.

When I saw Kyler Murray, I immediately disliked him. I hated the idea of drafting a short QB from a funky offense. But then I started questioning my own thought processes.

Why did I dislike Murray so much? I disliked him because of my own biases. Its the reason I hated Russell Wilson as a prospect coming out. But multiple shorter QBs have demonstrated that height is an overrated factor.

Haskins is the most overrated prospect in this draft. But everyone likes him because he fits the mold. Murray throws the football much better, but some people think Haskins is better. Look at the tape. Murray is better, significantly.

I'm not thrilled with the pick either but to imply that this is the worst pick in Cards history tell me you haven't been paying attention. I could list a dozen players off the top of my head who were heads and shoulders the worst picks. This pick, even if Murray flops, isn't even in the top 25.

Levi comes to mind, especially since we passed on Peterson.

Alright, full transparency, I posted this last night after probably like 10 beers and 4 shots... so I was a little off, haha. I think I just realized I was going to be extremely negative here, and I still feel that way.

So I'm kinda backing off my claim. I still think this was a horrendous pick, and I think the pick is the worst in Cardinals history because of how important having the #1 overall pick is. Also, some of you reached out... I really appreciate it.

Levi was considered one of if not the best OL in that draft but yeah, AP was a special player coming out. The Levi pick was mostly on Grimm. Sad thing, even before drafting Brown, that Cards offensive line was akin to the 1975 team compared to what we had last year and right now.

It was all on Grimm. He huffed and puffed like Buddy Ryan and just like him he could not produce. As far as Brown, yeah he was touted but was never "that guy". We missed out on Joe Thomas by 2 picks. Now if we would have picked him over Peterson, that I could happily live with.
