I forgot to mention Kevin Kline in A Fish Called Wanda. A little out of character for him but as good as Cleese was (and always is), KK was every bit his equal in this one.

My #1 is Peter Sellers in the Pink Panther movies. I've never laughed so hard. Another little underrated gem is Sellers in The Party.

Oh, have to add Ken Jeong to the list for his portrayal of Mr. Chow in the Hangover movies.

This is much harder because there are sooooo many ensemble comedy films that wouldn't be the same without the entire cast.

Tom Hanks - BIG, Splash, Forrest Gump, Sleepless in Seattle
Robin Williams - Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Morning Vietname, Hook, Jumanji, Aladdin, Bird Cage
Jim Carrey - Ace Ventura, Dumb and Dumber, Liar Liar, Bruce Almighty
Eddie Murphy -Coming to America, Bowfinger, Nutty Professor, Trading Spaces, 48 hours.
Leslie Nielsen - Airplane, The Naked Gun Movies
Will Ferrell - Elf
Bill Murray - Cady Shack, Ghostbusters, Scrooged, Ground Hog Day
Steve Martin - Jerk, Roxanne, Plain Trains & Automobiles, Three Amigos
Peter Sellers - Pink Panther movies
John Cleese (although could put any Monty Python actor here) - Monty Python movies, A Fish called Wanda
Chevy Chase - Vacation Movies
John Candy - Uncle Buck
Adam Sandler = Water Boy

There are so many....not including classic Marx Brothers, Charlie Chaplin Laurel & Hardy and Abbot & Costello.....too many to list.
