Alot of people questioning the pic. Personally I had my eye on a few others guys. Reddick was one of the best available by everyone on both networks. The pick wasn't a reach, and I believe BPA on the Cards board. I'm excited to watch the kid play and if he can in fact play ILB he'll be a huge upgrade over Minter and and have a great mentor in Los. I think we'll all look back and be happy with this pick very soon. Excited for day 2!

This is a good point. He is an immediate upgrade over Minter. Nkemdiche needs to step up and replace Calais. So I am looking to the back end of the Defense in Round 2.

We could use Nkemdiche differently if we drafted Kpassagnon, say, in round 3.

(Plus we'd have 2 DL's with not enough vowels in their last names).

The entire 2016 draft class being non contributors was concerning.

Nkemdiche still has time to proive us wrong, but thus far its not looking great.

Keim going into the season thinking Brandon Williams and Bethel are starter options.
