Makes sense. The stories are almost limitless. Will be hard not seeing Ford as Indy, but I'd give it a try.

I agree. I like Cooper and I think he can pull off the intellectual/adventurer role. We all love Indy but it will be fun to get a fresh spin on this and as was evidenced by the Crystal Skull, Harrison is just too old to keep saving the world.

I dont mind reboots as long as they do a good job.

My only problem with Cooper is that he's just a bit too pretty.

This would be beyond stupid. Cash grab and nothing more.

the kids dont enjoy the old, dated indiana jones movies. If they can recapture it with a good cast, it could add that adventure to kids lives that we got to experience.

Or they can defecate all over the name of indiana jones.

Gross, Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones was a likeable guy even when he was being an ass hole, while Cooper comes off as an ass hole no matter what he is doing.

I'm not sure who the ideal replacement would be but I think he needs to have the right charisma more than the right look.

I would prefer to see more Indy not less. So, if that means recasting the part I am good. However, it needs to be a process much like the Bond films. The person that has to fill the shoes has to be worthy.

Bradly Cooper could play the part. I think that would be a good pick. Harrison Ford will always be Indy much like Sean Connery will always be Bond. I love the new films and some of the other Bonds (PB, DC) and I can accept them as the new face of Bond without losing my fondness of SC.
