Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson said Thursday that Andrew Luck should be healthy enough to participate in this season's offseason workouts. Luck missed the final six games last season with a lacerated kidney and a partially torn abdominal muscle after being bent awkwardly on a hit Nov. 8 against Denver. Not long after that, Grigson told reporters at the NFL's scouting combine that Luck was ''fine'' and would be ready to go when workouts begin.
