Shane Bieber and all the young Indians starters have pretty much gotten used to being without stalwarts Corey Kluber and Trevor Bauer in Cleveland's rotation. ''We didn't have much of a choice last year,'' said Bieber, the MVP of the All-Star Game in Cleveland last summer. Kluber suffered a broken right forearm when struck by a comeback liner in his seventh start last season.
