It said in the paper that Bidwill was all for it and would have done it this year but the coach said, "let's wait a year until I determine what the needs for the Cards are."

Yes long overdue. This should have been done years ago. But now...it makes even more sense because the Cards now play in an air-conditioned stadium.

The "wearing down" factor during the weeks practices definitely takes a toll. I've heard this from a few players over the years. Off the record of course...no player wants to sound like a wimp. lol
