Injured Duke PG Irving out indefinitely (AP)

Top-ranked Duke says freshman point guard Kyrie Irving is out indefinitely with a toe injury. Coach Mike Krzyzewski said Wednesday that his star guard would miss "an undetermined amount of time" but that the team's medical staff is monitoring the injury. The school says there is no timetable for his return.
