The final round of the Presidents Cup began with words from the captains, not singles matches. The International team took its first lead into Sunday singles since 2003, all because of two foursomes matches in which the players never led at any point until scratching out a half-point. That gave the Internationals a 10-8 lead and needing six points from 12 singles matches to win the Presidents Cup for only the second time in the event's 25-year history, and not since Royal Melbourne in 1998.
