I apologize for speaking out of turn on the guy, the problem is you never really know who's going to get the job and you can't research everyone, or at least who has that much time.

From what I've read we hit the ball out of the park IMO, read the very last link all the way through, he's the one we need.

It's been a long long time if ever since we've had a coach this young who has 9 seasons as a player in the NFL, he's not that awfully far removed from these guys that he coaches, that engenders respect that others can't match.

I'm stoked.
