Senior guard Matt Gatens scored 19 points as Iowa used balanced offense and stout defense to beat No. 13 Michigan 75-59 on Saturday. Roy Devyn Marble added 13 points, six rebounds and four assists for Iowa (11-8, 3-3 Big Ten), which snapped an ugly two-game losing streak and picked up its first conference home win.
