Last week, it was announced that Notre Dame alum and current right tackle for the San Francisco 49ers Mike McGlinchey will have arthroscopic surgery on his left knee and miss four to six weeks. This is McGlinchey's first major injury after starting all 16 games last year as a rookie. But it could be worse.
