Some of us will be gathering at the Cadillac Ranch in Tempe Marketplace at 6:30 Thursday evening for a no-host Irish wake in honor of Jim "Skkorp" Skane.

Wear your Cards gear and raise a couple for Jim. When the season starts and we get everybody in town, we'll do it again!

I can't believe that no one else has responded to this thread...

I will be going to the church service in the morning and I am planning to go to Cadillac Ranch for the Irish Wake!

Who else?

I, unfortunately, cannot make the service. I may come by Cadillac Ranch to toast Jim though.

I should be able to attend this. Unfortunately I am stuck at work and will not be able to attend his services today.

This was really nice. Still a lot of Jim's family there and Chieftan as well. Unfortunately I had to go back to work. It was nice to have a big toast to Jim.

As you might guess Jim comes from a great family. I enjoyed getting to meet them and know a little about them.

A highlight of the evening, other than toasting Jim, was when Melanie, his former wife, rode the mechanical bull!

So long, Jim. See you on the other side!
