Is new Boston Celtics majority owner Bill Chisholm a good fit for the community of fans he now represents? The private equity billionaire who helms the group taking over for current Celtics majority owner Wyc Grousbeck after his group submitted the winning bid has said all of the right things in his limited appearances with the local and national media since news broke of the looming transition for Boston.

A self-proclaimed superfan of the team he grew up watching as a local, Chisholm has said everything from the fact that he has an encyclopedic memory of the storied ball club, to his claim that the priority will be to hang more banners in Boston in the short- and long-term both.

The hosts of the CLNS Media "Celtics Beat" podcast, Adam Kaufman and Evan Valenti, were recently joined by the eponymous cohost "Cedric Maxwell" podcast, to talk it over. Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say.
