Isaiah Thomas is trying to get healthy and contribute on the court again, and the basketball gods have not cooperated. Ready to prove he was past his hip and other issues, Thomas injured his thumb and needed surgery, which kept him out of training camp. He is back tonight and expected to play for Washington in San Antonio.
