Thursday, July 29, 77 hours from the deadline player reporting time in Flagstaff. I never expected Fitz in on time and most of you know from my posts that I didn't think Dockett or Dansby would be either. But Nick Leckey? Who are we kidding here?

The Cards still send us breaking press releases so there is nothing sneaking by us.

The Postons and Rosenhaus like to use the media and all is silent on that front, so maybe that's good.

Darnell Dockett is the one we really need in camp quickly.

I leave my mountain home tomorrow morning at 8 am to put my horses on pasture, board my cats, and drive to Phoenix to pick up my camp gear. If anything happens, it will happen then because I'll be on the road for 7 hours.

I'm doing my part. Now Idzik must do his.

I had that class, the one where you had to paint by numbers and had to stay within the lines. I only got a C though because I went to happy hour first and apparently the prof didn't agree that dark beer and light beer were colors.
