Josh Scobee kicked a 54-yard field and the Jacksonville Jaguars held the Baltimore Ravens without a first down in the opening quarter for a 3-0 lead Monday night in a game that lived up to its defensive billing. The Jaguars have lost five straight games since starting the year with a win, and are losers of eight of their last nine games.
