Every time I see Parker pitch it makes me sick to my stomach that Towers traded him for Cahill. He is no hitting the explosive Texas Rangers.

Awesome. Freaking Awesome.

I also get sick every time I see Gio pitch for the Nats. Of the 3 we might have got the worst pitcher.

Well, Cahill did just pitch a complete game shut out.

Parker is on a hot streak. But let's see if hitters start to figure him out a little. (Scherzer.)

Cahill was just mowing through the Padres. And when he hits his location it's scary how much he looks like Brandon Webb. (I think he actually has one or two more pitches than Webb, too.)

I know it's the Padres but a complete game shut out is impressive.

I am sure it was his worst outing of the season and Cahill looked really impressive! You cant go from one game though. when they said that the grand slam was the second homerun given up by parker all season that was pretty impressive. I think id still rather have Parker but its goona take some time to see how everything plays out.

Long-term, Parker has more potential to be a #1. But so did Scherzer. Let's see how he's doing a year or two from now. Cahill is fairly proven at this point. And when he's "on" he is fun to watch. (The amount of horrible swings he creates is pretty impressive.)

Parker could very well be the better pitcher. But let's tap the brakes.
