The Toronto Blue Jays activated right-hander Dustin McGowan off the 60-day disabled list before Monday's home game against the Boston Red Sox. Manager John Farrell also rejoined the team Monday after missing the past 10 games because of pneumonia. Farrell left in the bottom of the ninth inning of an Aug.
