First I know Jeff is planning on retiring.

I hope BA gives him a call to see if he'd be up for coming to AZ for 1-2 years.

Leadership and skill go hand in hand

He also knows BA's offensive line scheme and can easily teach it.

What' cha think?

2-3 mill contract

You mean a 2-3 year contract as the Assistant OL coach, right? Because he was terrible in Green Bay last year.

No thanks. He's going to retire anyways, and he wouldn't be much of an upgrade over Sendlein at this point in his career. Plus, I doubt he'd come here, since he'd likely want to play for an obvious Super Bowl contender if he was going to extend his career.

Why would he know BA's OL scheme? Saturday played for the Packers last year. The Colts' starting C was Samson Satele.

The Cardinals are not a retirement home for washed up Packer lineman.

I think...
