Darrelle Revis will be sidelined for the second straight game, meaning New York Jets coach Rex Ryan has to make more adjustments in his struggling secondary. While Antonio Cromartie has stepped into Revis' spot at left cornerback, rookie Kyle Wilson has struggled. Ryan says veteran Drew Coleman might get the start over Wilson on Sunday at Buffalo against the Bills.
