Jets coach Rex Ryan says Mark Sanchez's sore shoulder is worse than he first thought, though he still expects the quarterback to start Sunday at Chicago. Ryan says it could be "a game-time type decision" whether Sanchez plays after he was limited in practice for the second straight day.
