Jim Boeheim says he's not about to leave as Syracuse's basketball coach. The embattled coach spoke to about 700 fans Sunday night at a postseason banquet in downtown Syracuse. He noted that he came to the school in 1962 and ''I'm not going anywhere.'' His remarks to Syracuse's primary fundraising group for basketball came a day after he skipped a news conference following a season-ending loss at North Carolina State. Two days earlier, the NCAA sanctioned the university in a report that lambasted the athletic department.
