How would these head coach interviews go? Are they really like any job where 4 or 5 folks interview you? For Cardinals, who else apart from Michael Bidwill would interview? Would they make any presentations? do they tell them who they would bring as OC, DC and such positions?
I read this on news that interviews went on for 8 hours and all and wonder what the heck do they talk. Maybe where they see the organization in 5 years or so. But anyways, its all talk and how impressive the guy sounds probably.
I still think when Mikey decided to let go Whiz, he should have done that after the Seahawks game (58-0) and promoted Horton as the Interim HC. That way, we could have seen how Horton does and whether he can inspire his players. Now it will be an easier decision to give him the job or bring someone new..why do teams insist on letting some HC finish.I never got that part.. maybe not to insult them by firing halfway through?? But 58-0 is a huge insult to all the fans and organization too.
