In this year's draft class (2020) there were five or six OT's and about 10 WR's that were considered about the best in the draft class. Now, after four weeks, have a few stood out as best in "Class"?

It's harder for a rookie OT to stand out immediately. Jake Long and Joe Thomas are the only ones in recent years that I can remember making an immediate impact. It's hard for them too because the top draft picks usually land on crummy teams. Jedrick Wills went to the Browns. Mekhi Becton is on the Jets. Wirfs on the Buccaneers, and Thomas on the Giants. It's be a haul for them to look good on rebuilding teams in their first year. The wideouts have more free reign to shine right away. Lamb has looked good in limited opportunities behind Amari Cooper for the Cowboys. Ruggs looked sharp for the Raiders before injury. Jerry Jeudy is getting more attention in Denver and had one really good game last week. Three games into their careers, they're doing about as well as can be expected.

I didn't think Wirfs looked very good Thursday night. At least on a couple of plays that they showed

Tee Higgins, who I wanted , is playing beyond expectations. He was a 2nd round pick for the Bengals.

Justin Jefferson - Vikings - huge game last week.

I really like Laviska Shennault 2nd rounder _ Jags, Gabriel Davis 4th rounder- Bills and they are performing well.

He was playing his 5th NFL game with no pre season or rookie camp against on of the best D lines in the league.

He's been very impressive overall.

As far as the O-lineman Wirfs has looked the best but he’s been up and down, Becton has been up and down and Thomas and Wills have been bad.

Lamb has looked the best out of all the WR. Juedy has had drop issues if I remember right

You were impressed with the way he played last night?

No. As I said he was playing in his 5th game against one of the best D lines in the league. You expect him to just put Khalil Mack in his pocket?

There was always going to be a rookie blip or two.

Jedric Wills has not been bad. Especially when you consider no preseason and he's switched sides.

Lamb has been the best WR for me so far. Jeudy has had QB issues.

Wirfs has been the best OT for me. Will has played well though I know some disagree. Becton has been tough to grade because that team is so bad. Thomas...meh.

I am really frustrated the Cardinals missed out on Wirfs and Wills. Both would have helped Murray so much and elevated the top end play of our line.

I know you hate Bama players, but Jesus, at least attempt to watch him instead of riding your own narrative.

Getting Hopkins meant we didn’t need a WR but how could we pass on Simmons? Too bad he wasn’t already drafted, then we would have gotten some OL help.

I have and he hasn’t been good. His grades reflect that to. Even if you think he’s been good he’s been nowhere near as good to dismiss anyone saying he’s bad.

but in all fairness I don’t expect anything from a rookie Offensive tackle till year 3. The days of them coming in and being dominate are long gone.

His grades? He currently has a higher PFF grade than Hump. Wills has 4 games in the NFL. Hump has 47.

Looking at Jefferson's stats:
1. 2-26
2. 3-44
3. 7-175 (1 TD)
4. 4-103

Four game totals: 16-348-1. While he only has one TD, he's averaging over 20 yards a catch, and more than 80 yards a game with an upward trend.

Chase Claypool, a second rounder (??) has moved towards the top of the WR class, with Lamb also having a good game. While the jury might be still out on the OT's, I think it fair to say that the 2020 Draft was a great one for WR's. JMO.
