They showed our fearless leader Bill Bidwill reading a magazine in the suite. Wow - thanks Bill for looking like you give a rats ascii about what goes on. Thank god for Micheal - I am hoping there was a TV mounted up on the wall that he was straining his neck to watch replays on.

Another thing - wholly cow was that the worst camera crew/film people. Last time I ever want to see a close up of Players strecth routine or - watch people give high fives on the sideline when there are penalty flags on the ground - show me the gad dumb penalty.

Looks to me like we can contain the "scat" backs pretty well but the bruisers are still going to run all over our first team D.

Only other thing I noticed was KC kicked our but - had this been a real game - Final KC 27 Az 10

I don't know about that score. Our defense actually held up pretty well.. even with the penalties. There are so many variables in the game that you really can't predict that the chiefs or for that matter the cards would have won.

Who knows we could have made some second half adjustments, which is very common in the nfl, to turn the game completely around.

I vaguely remember a stat that said that a very high percentage of games are decided in the 4th quarter.. usually within the last 5 minutes.

What they did'nt show on TV , was with 10 minutes left in the game, micheal Bidwill and Graves walking all the way across the endzone to the Cardinals bench area. Walking 8 feet behind them was Bill Bidwill, all by himself. I felt sorry for Mr Bidwill. he looked kind of lost. Micheal walks up right next to Fitzs and starts talking to him. all three stayed over there intil the end of the game. Then I lost site of them.

There is no question who is running this team. I consider Micheal Bidwill the owner and the leader of the Cards.

Astute observation....considering both teams emptied their playbook and ran both fully schemed offenses and defenses, I can see how you might come to that conclusion!

Ok so neither team ran fully schemed o and d - agreed. The worst d in the league last year (un-schemed) completely blew up our (un-schemed) o the majority of the game. Seems apples to apples to me.

Just anyone that takes the final score of that game and lets that soothe them heading into the regular season is dilusional. Thier 1st string dominated ours - plain jane ball vs. plain jane ball.

Their first string dominated ours? Their TD drive was aided by a huge phantom PI. And we had a TD called back on a hold that occured after the player was already in the endzone.

Their Pass rush dominated our Oline...that's about it. Oh, and the refs dominated David Macklin.

I wouldn't call "10-0" domination. In fact, when you consider a mildly dicey PI set up the TD, it easily could've been 3-0 at halftime. Yes, the offense did not look good, but it's not time for bridge jumping anymore than it's time for predicting playoffs.

I am certainly more of a Kool-Aid drinker than darksider but I stil have to say that "dominated" is way too strong of a word to describe the first half.

10-0 at the half is hardly dominating and two penalties played a significant role in scoring...

1) The PI call on Macklin that lead to the TD was totally bogus.
2) The touchdown to Boldin that was called back was borderline.

With your logic from the first post...the score "could" have been 7-6 Cardinals at the half...regardless, 10-0 isn't that much to come back from, especially when KC gives the ball up 4 times (and we should have fallen on the 5th).

That's correct, kinda. The games I watch are usually won at the end of the 60th minute if one team is ahead in the score.
