What is the most expensive thing you have broken in anger?

Wireless mouse and keyboard come to mind..Along with a mirror that got hit by the mouse flying across the room.

Just thought it would be interesting to share...

I only have soft objects around me while I am watching a game at home...like pillows, plastic cups. I fear I'd break way too much.

My hand, I punched my fridge, Cards lost and I was out of beer. It was about 10 years ago, I can't remember the game, but it was close game.

I punched a hole through drywall in our basement back in the '70s...

Bob Griese had thrown 5 TD passes against the Cards - I believe the final score was Miami 55 - St. Louis 14.

I put a poster over the hole...my parents didn't discover it until they sold the house in the late '80s...

I have done that four straight years now. You would think I would learn. I be dumb. After losing to the Bears last season, 8 beers in, I went off on everything in my path. Thankfully, we had cleaned up the house the day before.

That just cracks me up for some reason. It just reads like something I would have done back then.

I've never reacted that strongly to a Cards loss, probably because I've grown accustomed to losing

However, if I were to ever actually break anything, it would have happened after last year's loss to the Bears. My friends that were around me that night informed me the next day that I wasn't very nice to be around (I remember very little after the 3rd quarter). Still, I kept my anger to good old fashioned drinking and swearing.

I had to listen to many of the games on satelite radio in the car when we moved mid-season last year, temporarily cutting off my direct tv. During the Rams game I beat my dashboard in until the glove box was inside out.

When the Cardinals blew the Bears game last year, I beat my wife & kids to a pulp. I then proceeded to kill 7 neighbors!! My wife thinks I take the game entirely too serious. You should see what happens when I don't golf well.

I once kicked a TV tray into the wall...I am pretty sure it was when Jake Plummer did the backward flip toss to L.J. Shelton in the end zone versus the Raiders...only I didn't kick the tray right then...it was when Mac trotted Jake out once again for the next series.

I will always remember that years ago, before DirectTV, when I had to go to a sports bar to watch the Cardinal games...and it was a MNF game, Cardinals-Giants, if I recall correctly, and the Cardinals who were slightly favored in the game--did everything possible to give the game away down the stretch, a la this year's Bears' game--and I was so struck by the notion that the Cardinals were heading for yet another miserable season, that I went out to my car and broke into a five minute sob. It was like years of angst pouring out. Pretty pathetic, isn't it?

Ive broken 2 remotes and my cell phone during the rams game last year after Warner fumbled the snap. I also broke into a half hour sob after they lost to the Vikings in the playoffs.

That was McCown.

Jake's backwards flip toss was behind the back to Shipp. I can see how you'd get the two confused.

My hopes.

LOL, I have to agree.

FWIW, I had season tickets last year (even though I lived in South Jersey at the time). I flew out to AZ the morning of the Monday night Chicago game and signed the lease to my AZ apt. Went to the game. Got my heart broken and flew home the next day. Five days later I settled on my house in Jersey and started driving out to AZ.

I sure as hell wish we would have beat the Bears that night. Still, I wouldn't change a thing (other than the Cards not losing, of course). Monday night football is fabulous!

I kicked a fan into my wall a couple of years ago when the 49ers came back and beat the cardinals from 16 points down. That was the year the 49ers won 2 games and they both were againist the cardinals. That is frustrating
