He might be a role player, but I don't see him as an elite workhorse in the NFL.

There's really only a few of those in the NFL these days and Carey for sure is bigger than 195 and runs bigger as well. That being said not sure how much of a need RB is for us

Yeah anyone talking about Careys size as a detriment obviously did a quick google search and hasnt watched him play. Dude is a GAM.

I love his potential at the next level. I love his production at the college level even more. I was disappointed when my favorite scout (Daniel jerimiah) didnt give him much love earlier this offseason but Bucky knows what he is talking about and validated what I thought about him.

2nd best pro prospect at UA in last 10 years IMO just from the eyeball test.

It turned out that he is good. But Gronk had a lot of injury issues. So I'm not sure he would be number one.. I have no idea who AF has at #1 haha

You would say Foles was a better NFL prospect than Cason?

It's hard to take both side-by-side and say one was/is a better pro prospect since they play different positions. The difference is we have a known commodity in Cason, who quite frankly has not played up to his first-round draft status. Foles, if put in the right situation, could thrive as a starting QB. Unfortunately, he is in the midst of one of the strangest QB battles I've ever witnessed in the NFL.

People who don't watch PAC 12 FB really need to watch Carey to understand how awesome a runner he is. His only weakness is he doesn't play in the SEC and will never get the notoriety he deserves. He is arguably one of the hardest runners I've ever seen at any level of football. Carey is always moving forward.

I think if he continues to be productive, he can be a mid-to-late 2nd round pick in 2014.

Im not debating anything you said.. But I think the context was NFL prospec on past 10 yearst.. Not anything they have done since getting there.. Where the hell is the jerk that started all this anyways? haha

For me its Gronk. He was a no doubt star NFL guy to me watching him at UA. He hasnt disappointed as he is the #1 TE in the NFL and this is first real spat of injuries (in NFL) last 12 mos. Best college TE I have ever seen.

Wanted the Cards to draft him but then he wouldnt be Gronk.

Love you guys but Cason and Foles??? Gronko had best season for TE ever 2 years ago!

Might be best pro UA athlete ever. Him or Trevor Hoffman. or Annika Sorenstam.

I wanted the Cards to take Gronk too. But there was a lot of back question marks about him when he came out.. I wasn't sure how he would pan out to be honest.. But there was a high reward if he did.. And it did for the Pats..

Not debating he's the best UA player in the NFL, but prior to being drafted he sat out with a back injury, and is dealing with another back injury along with whatever is going on with his arm.

I'm talking about prospects prior to going into the NFL.

So am I. But I'm not talking about what Todd McShay, Kiper, or what popular thought was. I'm talking about what I saw and believed. Not a question in my mind Gronk would be the best NFL prospect provided he played.

KaDeem Carey had an excellent year last year, there is no argument in that. But I know of a off-field encounter that makes me wonder if his ego is not going to get the better of his on-field performance.

Carey was attending the Pac 12 basketball championship tournament in Las Vegas and he took a court-side seat. However, Carey didn't have a ticket for that seat. When approached and told that he would have to relinquish the seat, Carey's reply was, "Don't you know who I am, I am All-American, KaDeem Carey." And he repeated it, as though that entitled him to the seat for which someone else held the ticket.

What type of person addresses themselves in that fashion, "I am All-American, KaDeem Carey"?
