The Kansas City Chiefs officially started Phase I of their voluntary offseason program on Monday, less than a week before the 2025 NFL draft.
Though this part of the Chiefs' agenda will not involve on-field drills, Kansas City's players can return to team facilities for strength and conditioning training and to attend meetings before Phase II of the offseason program starts on May 5.
This year, the Chiefs will conduct Phase I virtually before welcoming players back to Kansas City early next month for in-person instruction from coaches.
According to Charles Goldman of A to Z Sports, Chiefs players are set to attend meetings virtually and train independently before Phase II begins in two weeks.
With a new crop of rookies set to join Kansas City's roster in short order, the Chiefs' front office is sure to be keeping tabs on all of its players to make sure that all of the team's offseason training goes on without a hitch.
