Now my question is, how much influence did Arians have on the previous drafts. I suspect a lot.

I'm guessing Haason Reddick and Logan Thomas would not have been drafted by the Cards if not for Bruce. I'm not totally down on Reddick, yet.

I think it's safe to say the 'draft and stash' was all Arians...it was an old-school thing to do and Arians was an old-school coach.

Absolutely LOVE the Christian Kirk pick for multiple angles. He starts with a big head start with his existing relationships with Larry and Josh Rosen. And he's a local kid who
can hit the ground running. He is gonna contribute day one on special teams.

Mason Cole will at the very least be a solid backup for the interior line and could develop into a decent starter in time.

What I heard yesterday listening to Keims and Wilks is when they look at players they are looking at attitude and whether they fit the system. If a player has the right attitude, fits the system, they can overlook some warts.

I must say, I like hearing the Cardinals have a system approach.

Keim to me feels much more at ease. Seems as if he realizes his mistakes from the past. Not to mention, as much as I love BA, I'm thinking they let him have more influence than they should've. Trying to put together his team for one last ride at BAs age.

I truly feel that this is keims team now .

I think getting QBOTF monkey off his back likely allows him to relax a GREAT deal.

It's sure looking Arians had a big influence on past drafts. The way the Cardinals moved up for a QB was an example.
