How can you not sign a compentent kicker?

They passed up three makeable field goal attempts and missed an extra point - that’s the 10 point margin

Because Ammendola got the best lift on his kicks according to Keim. Blankenship is nothing special but you can trust him enough to at least let him kick.

I'm just so fed up with this, fire Kliff, put Keim on notice. Bench Harlow, get a new kicker.

This feels like many conversations from years ago.... Buddies hate firing their buddies. End of story. We cheer for a team that is run by a couple of dudes who you'd compete against in your fantasy leagues...

About 500 of us should show up at team HQ in Tempe tomorrow morning, carrying pitchforks and torches. Maybe MB will get the message that the fans have had enough.
Maybe we can use those chicken suits that Bat Guano Kari Lake's supporters danced around in?

If Bidwill can’t muster the sack to fire Keim, make him an “advisor” and tell him to find a seat in the back of the owners suite and shut up. Bidwill needs an outside voice to see the dysfunction on this team in the worst way, but alas he won’t. He allows change to everything about this team “on the field” but NO changes to the one guy that puts the product on the field. What is the definition of Insanity.

Dinglesbury literally admitted that there were times they would have kicked field goals if they had Prater.

Which means we literally went into the game fully accepting of the idea that we just couldn’t kick field goals this week.

That’s unfathomable.

I was thinking this every time we went for it. No excuses from the board for this garbage. No, "Well, you have to give the kicker time to work on rhythm" or "who else could they have signed" nonsense. If you can't trust your kicker to take mid-ranged kicks, there is zero, absolutely effing zero, reason to have him on the roster.

Kliffy sucks. Kyler sucks. The offense is garbage. But the true loser of this game is effing Bluto. Go have another round and laugh off the loss, loser.

A possible Monday Morning at Cardinals facility:

Michael is counting cash. Keim, in the same room, is laughing so hard reading ASFN posts along with Michael, that donut crumbs from his mouth fall all over Michael's office. Michael looks to Keim and says "You, You, How many times have I told you....but that post was funny....these idiots want wins.."... Keim continues laughing and chewing while reaching for his Irish coffee on the table with one hand while with the other tries to get Donut crumbs off his coat. Kliff in the corner of the office looks clueless whether to talk or laugh like he looks on NFL field.

think about what that implies:

by their actions -- the coaching staff said they dont trust the kicker for NFL standard kicks (50 or shorter)

Jeff Rodgers is a really good ST coach.

that says the GM is out of touch with what his team really wants.

its a deep level of dysfunction between FO and Coaching staff

It was a dog and pony show without the dog and pony. If a kicker gets injured during a game, I get it. But your point is 100% correct Stout. He was on the active roster because he was healthy. Something Prater was not. You not only exhibit no confidence in said kicker, but you knowingly handcuff your team, by allowing a weakness to linger. If this isn't proof positive of your inability to not only coach, but lead men, I don't know what is.

Why did I say last week about the finger pointing? Kliff blaming Keim, Keim leaking thru Wolfley and others, Lyler trashing all of the above. It’s just started.
