Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly says he regrets his confrontation with an assistant strength coach along the sideline during a 24-20 victory at Temple. Kelly said Tuesday that he and assistant David Grimes met about the incident and ''we've moved past it.'' Kelly described Grimes as a valuable employee he expects to be with the school for a long time. Kelly grabbed and shoved Grimes during the game.
