Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman enlisted the help of an allied power at a military base on Friday.

Josh Allen didn't drop the ball.

Coleman spoke to U.S. Army personnel about teamwork at the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Johnson in Louisiana. A soldier asked during a question and answer session if Coleman thought the Bills would answer a cold call from him.

"If he answer, I need 50 pushups," Coleman wagered as he called Allen on FaceTime.

Allen picked up. The soldiers cheered and Coleman explained to Allen the nature of the call. He held the phone up for the crowd to see the NFL Most Valuable Player on the screen.

Allen thanked the troops for their service.

Today while speaking to the troops and federal employees… a soldier bet @keoncoleman6 50 pushups that his QB wouldn’t answer his FaceTime….. Check out the results @BuffaloBillspic.twitter.com/2hayRlxTgt

"I appreciate you so much my guy. Love you," Coleman said to Allen before hanging up and turning his attention to the crowd. "See, my quarterback loves me, bro."

The video was posted on X by Coleman's agent Paul DeRousselle, who co-hosted the the Q&A.

Fort Johnson is less than 100 miles from Coleman's hometown of Opelousas, Louisiana. It's named after Henry Johnson, a World War I Medal of Honor recipient from Albany, New York who fought off a German raid and saved a fellow soldier from capture as a member of the all-Black 369th Infantry Regiment.
