This team will never become contenders again along as Kerr and Sarver are at the helm.

1)Trading off our 2008 and 2010 first round draft picks+Kurt Thomas is inexcusable. I literally vomited in my mouth after that trade. **** you Sarver and Kerr. We basically have no future, and nobody will want to come to Phoenix when they know that we have guy who traded for Shaq and a owner who cares more about money than championships.

2)Speaking of Shaq, Shaq does not fit on this team. He is playing well, but he is not the type of player that fits in well with run and gun. Did Kerr really think that we would be instant contenders if we traded for an out of shape Shaq mid-season? Shaq clogs the middle, causes horrible spacing, and kills us on back to backs because he is too old(on back to backs, we get outrebounded constantly). It seems like Stoudemire's game has been negated by Shaq taking up all of the paint. We should have gotten Marcus Camby, a hard nose defender and shot blocker that would allow Amare to get his points all night long. We would still have good spacing and a center who would not allow anyone to get to the hole. Its funny because we brang in Shaq for more defense and rebounding, and our defense might have actually gotten worse. We couldn't defend the pick and roll if our lives depended on it against the Spurs in the playoffs. Our perimeter shooting defense has actually gotten worse.

3)Porter is not the right coach for us and is too inexperienced. Dantoni was a stubborn bastard, but he was our most successful coach of all time. However, we weren't going to win a championship with Dantoni anyway. Yet, instead of going after somebody like Flip Saunders or another veteran coach, we go after a young unsuccessful coach in Terry Porter. Porter had the ******** idea of feeding Shaq the ball instead of Amare. WTF! Amare is now on pluto and probably will try to play terrible for the rest of the year to get traded or is probably to distracted to focus and dominate games like he he did when he averaged 29 and 10 post All-Star break . If Amare gets traded, we can rebuild and use our draft picks to try to build around like a big man. Oh wait, we have no first round draft picks. Who the **** will come to Phoenix if Amare leaves in 2010 or gets traded. This franchise might become like the Grizzlies for decades to come. Our team chemistry is destroyed, no one has respect for Porter, Nash, Bell, Stoudemire, and all of our run and gun cast are unhappy, and people are mocking us all over America. Slowing down our offense and making us one of the most boring teams to watch. At least the run and gun Suns lost with style. Holy **** my eye bleeds from watching us play.

4)Now I look like a idiot and rightfully so. My ******* predicted we were still championship contenders even with an aging cost, uninspired players, a new coach and system, Shaq, and a poopy owner and GM. This is a terrible time to be a Suns fan. 2010 free agency is our only hope at this moment. We should just tank the season and start rebuilding. This team is done and there is no more passion.

All you need to do is raise $500M and the Suns are all yours. No other way for you to get Sarver "to go"....

Each morning, I check all of the box scores in the paper. More than 90% of the time, the team which has the most rebounds wins the game.

If Shaq would play the role he espoused when coming here -- a role player to rebound and be a legitimate defensive Center -- and score opportunity points, we wouldn't be in the position we're in.

Sadly, Terry Porter has made Shaq the centerpiece (no pun intended) of the offense, to the detriment of Nash and Amare in particular.

There is still 3/4 of the regular season to make it work, but Porter will have to provide the leadership and strength I expected of him.

Talk about flogging a dead horse. What is so different about this Thread and the other three similar ones before it.
