Kickoff returns

I'm not asking this because of LSH's non-return at the 2:06 mark , but...

With the big decrease in the amount of kickoffs actually being returned, what's the thought process on not having PP return kicks? I understand not wanting him to get hurt, but it seems like there are only 1-2 returns per game these days anyway.

How about we just kneel every time. We are going to be called for holding otherwise...
